Cooperation with
Mr. Křeček on our Quality Development Project was pleasant, although very time
consuming for the whole quality core team.
Mr. Křeček helped
us to discover a lot of pain that we had not seen before, and he also helped us
to start working better as one team and not as a set of excellent individuals.
He was always
very well prepared for the meeting and was also ready to show us the ways in
which we could take our goal. He also spent a lot of time describing or showing
us how individual quality processes work in other companies, how they collect
and evaluate data and how they manage their processes based on their analysis,
what improvements they were able to achieve with his cooperation, and what
quality tools can and should be used to do it.
His approach to
us was very professional, but at the same time friendly and very human. He was
not just a coach or mentor, but he participated with us in the individual tasks
we worked on together, so we can already see the first results of our cooperation
in practice (e.g. improved QC module).
We would like to
thank not only Mr. Křeček for his very good cooperation, but also the whole
quality team and in fact all other employees who participated in the audit and
were very open, but I would especially like to thank to Pavla, Erik, Petr, Roy
and Martin Juřík for the work they have done on this project.
